Hello!

I’m Jimena and I invite you to pause, align, breathe, and connect. I’m a yoga teacher passionate about sharing my love for yoga with you as well as my expertise. I have a total of over 1,000 hours of yoga training as well as certifications in Physical Therapy Aide and Sports Therapy Aide. 

Whether you’re a beginner or looking to take your practice to the next level, you’ve come to the right place!  I offer online yoga classes in all levels as well as private, one-on-one sessions. 

I help you not only fine-tune your poses and greatly improve your posture, but develop better self-care. And this is so important right now in our hard times. Wherever you are, I invite you to show up for a class online or a lesson in YouTube,  and dedicate the time to yourself. You deserve it!
