You can choose from Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced levels.

Vinyasa is a Sanskrit term often used to describe a broad range of yoga styles. It means “to place in a special way”. Vinyasa symbolizes a dynamic form of yoga, where poses or asanas flow one to the next by using the breath to interconnect them. You will push the limits of your strength, flexibility, and balance while also remaining safe. I will guide you in how to align within your body or “listen to your body” as well as where to inhale and exhale to build internal heat.
