I work with busy people like you, helping them to calm down and recharge through yoga and mindfulness practices, so they sleep better, work better and maybe even feel happier. My mission? Empowering you to peel away all the layers and get back to the true you so you can live your life fully.

We will meet for a 60 minute session online via Zoom. All you need to do is choose in my calendar (you will find it down the page) a class and time that’s convenient for you, a space to roll out your yoga mat, yoga props if you have them, a computer/laptop/iPad/phone and good internet connection.
We’ll laser focus on your needs, challenges and goals and I will help you get effective results based on your current condition and your schedule. These could include targeting a specific area such shoulders, neck, back, hips, hamstrings, core strength or addressing issues such as stress relief, difficulty sleeping, health and well-being.
