Join us for an amazing retreat away from everyday life! On this 6-day retreat, you will have the opportunity to experience life on a traditional Colombian farm located in Armenia, Colombia at Finca Portugal Wellness Retreat Center.

Imagine waking up to the call of tropical birds right outside your bedroom window. Fresh coffee straight from the farm is always readily available. Practice yoga in a quaint shala which overlooks the coffee fields. In the afternoons, relax by the poolside or run in the field with the farm dogs. There are numerous tours available, including: hiking, horseback riding, touring a garden, and of course, living a true coffee farm experience!

We will breakfast and lunch together on fresh, locally produced, vegetarian cuisine.

The evenings are reserved for a mindful break. Enjoy a Restorative Yoga class, meditating in nature, journaling or getting some much needed rest!
